The SNDi of new construction in Qinggang peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Heilongjiang which peaked in 1976-1990 and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Qinggang's incremental SNDi fell from 1.77 to 1.66 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. Qinggang, Phú Liên, and Sinhung all built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved in new street construction. For the full network, Qinggang became progressively more disconnected, while Phú Liên became progressively more connected and Sinhung grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
