All three follow the same trend in new construction, suggesting a shared regional pattern of development. Most recently, Daming's incremental SNDi rose from 2.67 to 2.76 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Daming ranked 46th out of 120 cities in Hebei and 782nd out of 1843 in China as of 2020.

Daming, Aligudarz, and Hội An all fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street construction. For the full network, Daming and Aligudarz both fluctuated in connectivity, while Hội An grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved.
