The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Zhuhai [Macau] plotted against Guangdong and China. The SNDi of new construction in Zhuhai [Macau] rose steadily, compared to Guangdong which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Zhuhai [Macau]'s incremental SNDi rose from 2.84 to 3.69 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Zhuhai [Macau] ranked 41st out of 133 cities in Guangdong and 771st out of 1843 in China as of 2020.
