What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Yangxi built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Bangko built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Tenkodogo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Yangxi and Tenkodogo both became progressively more disconnected, while Bangko grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Yangxi had a more connected network than Tenkodogo in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
