The SNDi of new construction in Taipa peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Guangdong which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Taipa's incremental SNDi fell from 5.6 to 4.29 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Taipa built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Gagnoa fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Tang'erli built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Gagnoa and Tang'erli both became progressively more disconnected, while Taipa grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
