In new street additions, Fangshan built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Mainpuri built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Providence built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Mainpuri and Providence both became progressively more disconnected, while Fangshan became progressively more connected. Notably, Fangshan had a more sprawly network than Mainpuri in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
