In new street additions, Valdivia fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Oleh built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Châu Đốc built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Valdivia and Oleh both became progressively more disconnected, while Châu Đốc grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Valdivia and Oleh have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
