The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Sarh plotted against Moyen-Chari and Chad. The SNDi of new construction in Sarh followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Moyen-Chari which rose steadily and Chad which rose steadily. Most recently, Sarh's incremental SNDi rose from 1.38 to 1.89 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Sarh ranked 1st out of 2 cities in Moyen-Chari and 7th out of 31 in Chad as of 2020.

In new street additions, Sarh and Qugou both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Košice built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend.
