While Extrême-Nord and Cameroon both rose steadily, Mokolo's new street additions rose steadily. Most recently, Mokolo's incremental SNDi rose from 1.37 to 2.24 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Mokolo built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Muvattupuzha built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Jinchengjiang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Mokolo and Jinchengjiang both became progressively more disconnected, while Muvattupuzha became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards.
