The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Banyo plotted against Adamaoua and Cameroon. The SNDi of new construction in Banyo followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Adamaoua which rose steadily and Cameroon which rose steadily. Most recently, Banyo's incremental SNDi fell from 2.43 to 2.21 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Banyo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Huanan built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Haditha built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Banyo fluctuated in connectivity, while Huanan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Haditha became progressively more connected. Banyo and Huanan have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
