In new street additions, Cabo Frio and Xiaoyi both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Anning fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Cabo Frio and Anning both became progressively more disconnected, while Xiaoyi grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Cabo Frio and Xiaoyi have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
