In new street additions, Telêmaco Borba built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Wangcang County fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Xuedian built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Telêmaco Borba and Wangcang County both became progressively more disconnected, while Xuedian grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Telêmaco Borba had a more sprawly network than Wangcang County in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
