The SNDi of new construction in Marabá peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Pará which peaked in 1976-1990 and Brazil which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Marabá's incremental SNDi fell from 3.27 to 3.0 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Marabá built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Panchagarh built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Zijin built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Marabá and Panchagarh both became progressively more disconnected, while Zijin fluctuated in connectivity. Marabá and Panchagarh have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
