The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Fazenda Zucchi plotted against Espírito Santo and Brazil. The SNDi of new construction in Fazenda Zucchi rose steadily, compared to Espírito Santo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Brazil which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Fazenda Zucchi's incremental SNDi rose from 2.65 to 4.16 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Fazenda Zucchi ranked 5th out of 11 cities in Espírito Santo and 203rd out of 365 in Brazil as of 2020.

What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Fazenda Zucchi and Akeze both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Lalian built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Fazenda Zucchi and Akeze both became progressively more disconnected, while Lalian became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Fazenda Zucchi had a more connected network than Lalian in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
