The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Haleva plotted against Brest and Belarus. The SNDi of new construction in Haleva followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Brest which peaked in 1976-1990 and Belarus which peaked in 1991-2005. Most recently, Haleva's incremental SNDi rose from 2.12 to 2.24 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Haleva and Pyay both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Pingyao built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Haleva grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Pyay fluctuated in connectivity and Pingyao became progressively more disconnected. Haleva and Pyay have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
