While Sylhet and Bangladesh both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Baniachong's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Baniachong's incremental SNDi rose from 3.8 to 5.63 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Baniachong and Qiyang both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Cachoeiro de Itapemirim built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Qiyang and Cachoeiro de Itapemirim both became progressively more disconnected, while Baniachong fluctuated in connectivity. Baniachong and Qiyang have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
