The SNDi of new construction in Dupchachia followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Rajshahi which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Bangladesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In terms of the aggregate network, Dupchachia ranked 1st out of 37 cities in Rajshahi and 3rd out of 234 in Bangladesh as of 2020.

While eMzinoni and Bulbulchandi both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Dupchachia fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, eMzinoni and Bulbulchandi both became progressively more disconnected, while Dupchachia fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Dupchachia had a more sprawly network than eMzinoni in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
