The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Begunbaria plotted against Khulna and Bangladesh. The SNDi of new construction in Begunbaria peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Khulna which rose steadily and Bangladesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Begunbaria's incremental SNDi fell from 8.54 to 4.17 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Begunbaria ranked 14th out of 23 cities in Khulna and 113th out of 234 in Bangladesh as of 2020.

In new street additions, Begunbaria built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bensalem Township built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Nawanshahr built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Begunbaria and Nawanshahr both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bensalem Township became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Begunbaria had a more connected network than Bensalem Township in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
