The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Puler Ghat plotted against Dhaka and Bangladesh. The SNDi of new construction in Puler Ghat followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Dhaka which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Bangladesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Puler Ghat's incremental SNDi fell from 14.37 to 12.55 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Puler Ghat ranked 38th out of 40 cities in Dhaka and 222nd out of 234 in Bangladesh as of 2020.

In new street additions, Puler Ghat fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Anpu fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Toowoomba built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Anpu and Toowoomba both became progressively more disconnected, while Puler Ghat fluctuated in connectivity.
