The SNDi of new construction in Kotalipara followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Dhaka which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Bangladesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Kotalipara's incremental SNDi fell from 13.38 to 7.62 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020.
