The SNDi of new construction in Shibpur peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Chittagong which rose steadily and Bangladesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Shibpur built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Xianju County fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Dina fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Shibpur and Dina both became progressively more disconnected, while Xianju County fluctuated in connectivity. Shibpur and Dina have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
