The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Raozan plotted against Chittagong and Bangladesh. While Chittagong and Bangladesh both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Raozan's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Raozan's incremental SNDi rose from 10.4 to 10.92 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Raozan ranked 34th out of 44 cities in Chittagong and 200th out of 234 in Bangladesh as of 2020.

What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Raozan and Shushtar both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Sinanju built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Shushtar and Sinanju both became progressively more disconnected, while Raozan fluctuated in connectivity.
