The SNDi of new construction in Langwarrin followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Victoria which peaked in 1991-2005 and Australia which peaked in 1991-2005. Most recently, Langwarrin's incremental SNDi fell from 4.35 to 3.96 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Langwarrin fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Xincai built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Palitana built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Xincai and Palitana both became progressively more disconnected, while Langwarrin became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards.
