The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Necochea plotted against Buenos Aires and Argentina. While Buenos Aires and Argentina both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Necochea's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Necochea's incremental SNDi rose from 1.56 to 1.65 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Necochea ranked 10th out of 18 cities in Buenos Aires and 21st out of 77 in Argentina as of 2020.

For the full network, Necochea and Siedlce both became progressively more disconnected, while Aba El Waqf became progressively more connected. Necochea and Siedlce have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
