In new street additions, Baía and Pedro Juan Caballero both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Mohanganj built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Pedro Juan Caballero and Mohanganj both became progressively more disconnected, while Baía grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Baía had a more sprawly network than Pedro Juan Caballero in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
