In new street additions, Lubango built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bucaramanga fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Campo Grande built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Bucaramanga and Campo Grande both became progressively more disconnected, while Lubango grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Lubango had a more sprawly network than Bucaramanga in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
