What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, El Eulma fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Sunbo built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Fahraj built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, El Eulma fluctuated in connectivity, while Sunbo became progressively more disconnected and Fahraj grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, El Eulma had a more connected network than Fahraj in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
