In new street additions, Mostaganem and Cobán both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Bắc Giang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Mostaganem and Cobán both became progressively more disconnected, while Bắc Giang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Mostaganem had a more sprawly network than Cobán in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
